The Multi-Port Rotating Catalytic Reactor is a microwave-driven reaction system designed to rapidly and uniformly heat catalyst supports and bulk catalysts throughout their entire volume. The reactor incorporates a rotating catalytic module (typically 1–10 rpm, customizable) to enhance thermal homogeneity and promote volumetric heating of the catalyst bed. Using 2.45 GHz microwave energy through single- or dual-side WR340 waveguide injection, the system improves electromagnetic field distribution, minimizes hot spots, and significantly enhances reaction efficiency.
